Free assistance can be obtained under the IAAAS program for protection visa applicants living in the community  in ALL states of Australia – see fact sheet (link). LHA assistance will incur a fee.

ONSHORE REFUGEE applicants MUST have a well founded fear of persecution as defined by the UNHCR convention.

OFFSHORE APPLICATIONS  whilst we do offer assistance for offshore refugee applications we are reluctant to do so because of the high refusal rate even with those cases where there are extremely strong refugee claims. As a private migration service we charge for our services and because of the high refusal rate we are reluctant to offer assistance with this category. We explain our position openly and honestly to all clients however will assist if instructed to do so and IF the applicant has strong refugee claims.

SPLIT FAMILY – we have assisted hundreds of refugee families to reunite under the split family program. This is a special arrangement for immediate family members of permanent refugee visa holders living in Australia.
