By using our services you will have professional migration agents who understand the migration law and processes and who will guide you each step of the way until the decision is made on your application.

Our agents will assess your case against various visa options, identify the best option and give you a frank and honest opinion about your chances of success. Whilst we are not legally permitted to guarantee a positive outcome we will not assist any client who does not meet the criteria for the specific visa category.

• provide honest appraisal of your options
• provide details of all documents/ forms required
• assist with the preparation of the forms and documents and lodge the application with the relevant DIAC office or Embassy
• answer your questions, deal with the Department of Immigration or other relevant agencies
• keep you informed about the progress of your application
• advise you of the outcome and what to do next

FEES: In most cases we provide visa application assistance for a fixed fee. Our fees will be provided on request.

As agents we are required to have a client account to hold your fees until the work has been completed in accordance with a our fee agreement.

If you change your mind after you have signed our contract and paid a deposit we will only charge you for the work completed and refund the balance.
