WHY A MIGRATION AGENT?
Australian migration law is complex and constantly changing. There are over 100 visa categories and choosing the wrong visa option can lead to great disappointment with delays or even refusal of applications as well as loss of money.
In Australia a person who provides Immigration advice and assistance for a fee is required by law to be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). All registered agents are bound by a Migration Agents Code of Conduct and must meet qualifications for registration and meet professional development requirements each year for reregistration.
Registered Migration Agents are NOT permitted to guarantee any particular outcome of a visa application as the decisions are made solely by the Immigration delegate or a Member of a Review Tribunal. However Libby Hogarth and Associates have an excellent success with our visas applications cases and appeals.
For further information about Migration Agents check the MARA website or Immigration Website.
